（中央社記者曹宇帆舊金山11日專電）為了打造台北市成為智慧城市，台北市長柯文哲表示，希望思科的創新中心能落腳台北，盼能邀思科總經理到他辦公室詳談。
柯文哲訪美西3姊妹市在舊金山的行程，今天參訪科技大廠思科（Cisco），就如何打造智慧城市廣泛交換意見。
因民主進步黨主席、總統當選人蔡英文去年也曾到訪思科，並就相同議題取經，其他地方政府如台中與基隆也已和思科簽署備忘錄打造智慧城市，柯文哲說，台北市推智慧城市的做法比較簡單，就是希望邀請思科的總經理直接到他辦公室詳細研商。
他表示，既然智慧城市是世界潮流所趨，思科也提供許多解決方案，而台北市要怎麼做還得再思考，因思科打算在全球布局創新中心，希望思科考慮，亞洲的創新中心能落腳台北。
思科接待柯文哲號稱使用總統級專用簡報室，視訊鏡頭可自動對焦說話者，柯文哲說，台北市政府有些單位在市府辦公區外面工作像是建築管理處，要求資訊局建立視訊系統，讓工作更有效率。1050312
